I hear people these  days go on about cutting out  beef from their diets and replacing with the likes of shaki,ponmo and cowleg because they  have no calories. This is False!!

NEWSFLASH : Those cuts we love with our whole hearts are nothing but pure fat. You might as well get a bottle with the equivalent measure  of oil and drink it lol.

Ponmo is the skin of the cow. The skin is made up of layers of fat. We derive absolutely no nutritional value from eating it.  If you must eat this,limit it to a certain number of times per month or cut it completely out of your diet.

Cowleg is 310 kilo calories per 150 grams, that's approximately same amount you can get from 3 medium sized pieces of beef or 2 pieces of chicken.

For weightloss purposes,drop these cuts and watch the felt melt off your body. Your body will thank you later.

If you must have the IYA RISI BUKA SPECIALS you are better of sticking to our plain old regular beef ,liver or kidney.
