The effects of water for weight loss

3.    Water also helps in kidney function, digestive system, body temperature and more. These important body function need water to ensure they function proper correctly, it help aid in your weight loss.

4.    Water reduces your cravings and appetite in order to lose weight is a critical success factor.

5.    Water is a natural suppressant most times your ‘hunger’ is your body asking for water –not food.
